Newton Stewart Golf Course in Dumfries and
Galloway, south-west Scotland, is a superb 18-hole parkland course measuring 5,840 yards (par 69) with spectacular views from
every hole. You may even spot the occasional deer wandering across the magnificent course.
We make a point
of listening to our visitors and are encouraged by the compliments we are receiving about our golf course. Our returning visitors
tell us that the course has never looked better. This is thanks to our greenkeepers, John, Fraser & Martin who have maintained
the course to its present high standard.
The
town of Newton Stewart is known as ‘the Gateway to the Galloway Hills’ which provide an attractive scenic backdrop
to the course. The area is a popular destination for those engaging in a range of outdoor pursuits including mountain biking,
hillwalking, fishing and, of course, golf!
Just
three hours' drive from Manchester, Newcastle and Edinburgh and just over an hour’s drive from Prestwick International
Airport, Newton Stewart is the perfect location for a golfing holiday with a number of hotels situated close to the course.
Newton Stewart Golf Club welcomes visitors. Our twilight
golf packages start at just £14 after 4.00 p.m. & £10 after 6 p.m. Check with the Steward to find when
